1 DCDN Credit = $1 USD (fixed rate). Credits can be used for any DCDN service — CDN, VPS, AI Agents, and more.

Reseller Tiers

Your tier determines how many credits you can give each customer via promo codes:

Getting Started

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

Log in at dcdncloud.com/reseller-dashboard. Your reseller panel shows your tier, promo codes, distribution history, and statistics.

Step 2: Create a Promo Code

Click Create Promo Code and fill in:

Code — A memorable code (e.g., YOURCOMPANY50, SUMMER2026)
Credit Amount — Credits per redemption (up to your tier limit)
Max Uses — How many customers can use this code (optional)
Expiry — When the code stops working (optional)

Step 3: Share Your Code

Put your promo code on your website, emails, social media, banners, or direct outreach. Customers visit dcdncloud.com, register, and enter your code.

Step 4: Track Performance

Your dashboard shows redemptions, total credits distributed, and your progress towards the next tier.

How Credits Work for Your Customers

Credits appear instantly in their account after entering the code
Visible under 🎁 Credits in their dashboard
Can be used for any DCDN service: plans ($5-$59/mo), VPS ($3-$60/mo), AI Agents
Credits never expire

Affiliate Commission

80% recurring commission — on every payment your referred customers make, every month, forever.

This is on top of the promo credits. The credits get customers in the door, and you earn on every payment they make:

They subscribe to Pro ($15/mo)	You earn $12/mo (80%)
They add a VPS ($15/mo)	You earn $12/mo more

Important Credit & Sales Rules

  Credits never expire — your customers can use them at any time
Credits cannot be purchased by users — only granted via promo codes or admin
1 Credit = $1 USD — fixed rate, always

Sales & Tier Progression

Only Stripe (USD) and DCDN token payments count as sales for tier progression
Credit-only purchases do NOT count as sales — tier upgrades require real payments
This means: credits get customers in the door, but you need them to convert to paying subscribers to progress your tier

Affiliate Commission

80% recurring commission applies to Stripe and DCDN token payments only
No commission on credit-funded purchases — since no real revenue is generated
Once a customer converts from credits to a paid subscription, you earn commission on every payment

Promo Code Rules

Each customer can redeem a specific code once
You can create up to 100 promo codes (adjustable by DCDN)
Credit amount cannot exceed your tier limit
Codes are case-insensitive (MYCODE = mycode)
Multiple active codes allowed simultaneously
Each code can have its own max usage and expiry

Tier Progression

Base → Bronze (50 sales)

Credit limit increases from $25 to $50 per customer. Great for freelancers and small agencies.

Bronze → Silver (100 sales)

Credit limit increases to $100 per customer. Ideal for hosting companies and MSPs.

Silver → Gold (500 sales)

Credit limit increases to $250 per customer. For large agencies and enterprise resellers.

Tip: Higher credits per customer = easier conversion = faster tier progression.

Q: Do I pay for the credits I distribute?

No. DCDN Cloud provides the credits as part of the reseller program. The platform absorbs the cost.

Q: Can I create different codes for different campaigns?

Yes! Create separate codes with different amounts and limits for each campaign.

Q: What happens when a customer's credits expire?

DCDN Credits never expire. Your customers can use them anytime.

Q: Can I increase my promo code limit beyond 100?

Yes — contact DCDN support. Limits can be adjusted based on your performance.

Q: How do I get upgraded to a higher tier?

Once you reach the sales requirement, contact your account manager or DCDN support.

Q: Can I see which customers redeemed my codes?

Yes, your reseller dashboard shows a full distribution log.
